Moms Can & Co. optimizes moms for remote careers in tech.
Founded by Erica Peterson in August 2017 originally as Moms Can Code, Moms Can & Co. educates moms about the opportunities available in the field of tech and how tech has transformed the workplace.
In 2019, Moms Can & Co. launched with a new focus on sharing remote job opportunities and developing training programs that give moms the skills they need to confidently apply to remote roles in tech.
Moms Can & Co. launched its first online program that teaches moms how to develop a beginner web developer portfolio in January 2019 and is soon registering it's fifth cohort.
With the reopening of its private membership community to its subscribers and online followers, Moms Can & Co. wishes to build a broader community around remote work and share it's impact on other roles in tech outside of development, i.e, customer support, technical writing, sales, and more.
